After two exhausting days of bottling this week, our warehouse is filling up. We now have 8 pallets of 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon and 5 pallets of 2007 Merlot. Our good friend Jimmy Jenkins at Fort Worth Screen Printing dropped by to check out the organized chaos. Using his handy dandy iPhone, he put together a great little video of the bottling process. You can also see Andrew's OSHA stretches on our Facebook page- always a good laugh. Oh! And we're always looking for volunteers for our next bottling!

Seattle Schmap

Happy News! A photo that I posted on Flickr has been selected to be included in the the 8th Edition of Schmap Seattle! There are Schmaps of many cities, which are downloadable and free. You can even access them from your iPhone or iPod Touch- a great feature if you're on the road. They include photos from fellow travelers as part of the map. I posted our pictures from our trip to Seattle & Vancouver to share with friends and family, who knew one of the few pictures I personally took would be selected!
Here in Dallas we have a few of Jonathan Borofsky's Hammering Men. There is also one in front of the Seattle Art Museum, or SAM, so I took a picture to show the folks back home. Follow this link to see my shot on the Schmap. Enjoy!

Closet Space

Yesterday I was perusing through all my blogs that I follow. And I found a new one called High Heeled Foot in the Door. Her Monday post was all about Cher's closet in Clueless. Who didn't beg her parents for that closet for Christmas that year? Well, now you can be a step closer. Warner Bros. have released an app for your iPhone or iPod Touch called Sex and the City: Carrie's Closet. You take photos of the items in your own closet and then assemble outfits! AND you can email outfits to friends. How fun is that? I'm not sure how practical it is, but maybe if you're trying to coordinate or need advice for appropriate attire for an upcoming event. Then again, this app isn't really about practicality. You can also compile a wishlist of things you don't currently own. All very exciting. Just go to iTunes and download the app- it's free! If you need to find me today, I'll be in my closet snapping pictures of all my clothes!
